Our prices are decided by a quotation from us and are fixed at the time you submit your order on the www.alliancegoldvault.com website. Due to market volatility and stock availability decisions made during trading hours, multiple orders placed at the same time may be subject to price adjustments. Even if payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel any order.If Alliance Gold Vault does for any reason cancel an invoice a full refund would be issued directly to you and you will be notified via phone and email.
All orders are to be paid by bank transfer and we must receive payment within 28 hours. Prices can also be fixed over the phone by speaking to our sales team directly. They can then place this order for you and payment can be by bank transfer.
Payment can be made using BitCoin for orders up to $25,000.00 (ID requirements apply). Online bank transfers are another option for payment. Payments made from accounts registered in your name will be accepted; payments made under a different name will be cancelled.
It is critical that our clients supply a delivery address at the time of placing an order or filing a vault claim, as orders cannot be placed without it. The delivery address must be given with care. Only after the payment has been verified will the goods that have been ordered or claimed be delivered to the address.
Alliance Gold Vault is unable to accept any responsibility for packages that have been or are being delivered to multiple-occupancy homes or work addresses. Furthermore, we do not deliver to any addresses with a PO box.
Once you place an order for any bullion products a cancellation fee of $500 will incur. In addition, any price differences between the products since the purchase date will be adjusted.
We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange in line with your rights as a consumer given you pay the fees above. Any queries with your products received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving.
We will not be able to give you with an exchange or refund if we find your products to be below the standard in which they were received. To effectuate the refund/exchange, the products must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were received.
We do carry our security checks and our customers may be required to provide us with proof of Identity aid the anti-money-laundering & fraud legislation that governs our industry. It is our procedure to weigh all incoming packages before opening them under the camera and carrying out a detailed inspection of their contents. If the contents match their stated description, we will confirm this at the same time as confirming our acceptance of your offer to sell the items.
